Course Description

This program will prepare the student to sit for the CIC examination. The complete CIC syllabus will be covered in detail, so that the candidate acquires a working knowledge about physician coding. After completion of this program, the student will be qualified to sit for the CIC exam through AAPC. If the student passes the exam they will be given a credential of CIC-A until 2 years of experience has been completed. If the student has 2 years of experience and passes the exam , they will receive the credential of CIC.
