Certified Professional Coder Training– CPC – General + ICD – 10-CM ( Weekend Training )
Name of Course
CPC Certification Training [ AAPC Certification Training Program ]
Course Description
This program will prepare the student to sit for the CPC examination. The complete CPC syllabus will be covered in detail, so that the candidate acquires a working knowledge about physician coding. After completion of this program, the student will be qualified to sit for the CPC exam through AAPC. If the student passes the exam they will be given a credential of CPC-A until 2 years of experience has been completed. If the student has 2 years of experience and passes the exam , they will receive the credential of CPC.
Occupational Objective
After successfully passing the CPC credentials exam, the student will be able to obtain an entry level position as a Certified Coder and use the credential of CPC after their name.
Pre-Requisite/Requirements
Diploma or any Bachelor’s Degree. Working Knowledge of CPT and ICD-10-CM. Experience is recommended but not required.
